I think you know what I've been tryin to say... « Thread Started on Feb 18, 2008, 9:38pm »
"Bella, are you alright?" Edward asked. They sat in their meadow. She was nervously biting her nails. She turned away from him, evidently not wanting to speak yet. Edward took her face in his hands, and stared into her eyes. "What's wrong?" he asked. Then he kissed her. Although he had done it so many times, he still felt alive each time he did. He wanted her to explain so badly, but if she didn't want to, she didn't have to.

"Edward...it's nothing, I'm just a little worried. About the wedding. I mean, it's in two days, and I'm..." Bella said, stuttering. Tears ran down her cheeks in worry. Edward swiftly wiped them away. She couldn't help being overly nervous. She would be married in two days. She would be immortal in five days. She would be far from Forks in three days. She sobbed into his shirt as he pulled her into his chest.

Edward watched as she cried. He cradled her in her arms. "sh..." he said. She finally stopped. "Think about it...in two days we'll be together. Inseperable by earth or beyond," he said. He kissed her again. She seemed exausted, but not unwilling. He allowed himself to let go, just for a little bit.

"No, Edward. Not now. Don't let go," Bella said. He pulled her back into his arms. She couldn't help feeling protected. When he held her like this, she felt totally safe, and loved. She loved him so much that she often fel like her heart would burst. But she wouldn't let him go. Not yet. She reached up to his lips and kissed him this time. She wrapped her arms around her neck, and sighed. This was peace, yet she only had another six minutes before we need to go home.
